EV-Electric Charging Pte Ltd (EVe), a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority (LTA), has refreshed its pre-qualification panel of EV Charging Point Operators (EVCOs) for the next phase of public EV charging point (EVCP) deployment over the next two years.

The approach of having a pre-qualified panel enabled EVe to evaluate tender packages in a more efficient manner and support the faster deployment of EV charging infrastructure.

Following an open tender by EVe in second half of 2025, five EVCOs will be appointed to the new panel. The EVCOs appointed are:

No.

Name of EVCOs

1

Charge+ Pte Ltd

2

ComfortDelgro Engie Pte Ltd

3

EVCOs were assessed based on a series of quality related criteria, including operational and project management expertise,  customer experience capabilities, data and innovative proficiencies and financial strength. This will ensure that appointed EVCOs meet EVe’s stringent quality standards.

Supporting Singapore’s National Goals

The refreshed panel of EVCOs will play a key role in supporting Singapore’s national goal of making all vehicles to run on cleaner-energy by 2040. Under the first panel, more than 170 fast and slow charging points have been deployed or are undergoing commissioning across more than 60 carparks, including key locations such as Woodlands Civic Centre, Bulim Square, and National Museum of Singapore. Working closely with government agencies and industry partners, EVe remains committed to ensuring that EV drivers enjoy convenient, reliable and accessible charging options across the island.

“By working closely with experienced operators, we are pushing ahead in our charger deployment while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability and user experience,” said Stephanie Tan, Chief Executive Officer of EVe. “Our goal is to make EV charging a seamless part of everyday life, by providing every HDB EV owner with convenient access to charging in HDB carparks, and to support Singapore’s transition towards cleaner and more sustainable mobility.”
