EVe Awards Contracts to Expand Fast Charging Hubs and the Public EV Charging Network

EV-Electric Charging Pte Ltd (EVe), a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority (LTA), has awarded contracts for the deployment of EV chargers across 13 sites, including BTO (Build-To-Order) developments and carparks at recreational facilities island-wide. Deployment will be carried out progressively, with the first site expected to be operational by Q3 2027.

The sites will feature a mix of Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) charging points to meet the varied charging needs of EV drivers, including 4 Fast Charging hubs. This deployment supports the Government’s commitment to have at least one fast charging hub per HDB Town by end 2027.

ComfortDelgro Engie Pte Ltd is awarded CD113 and CD116, and SP Mobility Pte Ltd is awarded CD115. ComfortDelgro Engie Pte Ltd and SP Mobility Pte Ltd are part of EVe’s pre-qualified panel of Electric Vehicle Charging Operators (EVCOs), appointed to support the next phase of public charging point deployment. Panel members were assessed on their capabilities in EV rollout delivery, operational reliability, and customer experience.
